Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

 

Your well-being is my priority and your commitment is essential for the proper conduct of treatments. To guarantee the quality of my support and respect everyone's time, I thank you for reviewing my policy.

 

1. Booking and Payment Terms

Booking a session constitutes a mutual commitment. Payment is processed before the session.

 

2. Refund, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policy

Refund: Not applicable.

1st Rescheduling up to 72 hours in advance: Accepted free of charge. The session will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed-upon future date.

From the 2nd Rescheduling up to 72 hours in advance: Charged 50% of the session fee. An invoice will be sent via email and must be settled before any new booking can be made.

Unannounced Absence ("No-Show"): Charged 100% of the session fee.

 

3. Exceptions and Cases of Force Majeure

Force majeure situations (sudden illness with a medical certificate, serious accident, bereavement) will naturally be exempt from this policy and will not be charged. We simply ask that you notify us as soon as possible.

 

4. Cancellation by the Practitioner

If I am obliged to cancel our appointment, I commit to informing you at the earliest opportunity. The session will be rescheduled to a date that suits you.

 

5. Communication Methods

For any cancellation or rescheduling, please contact us via email or SMS/WhatsApp to ensure a written and timestamped record.

 

6. Dispute Resolution

Any situation not covered by this policy will be handled with fairness and understanding.
