Frequently
Asked
Questions
1
Can QHHT hypnosis really help me overcome my stage fright?
Absolutely. Dolores Cannon's QHHT method allows you to connect with your subconscious, which is capable of anything, such as releasing performance-related blocks. Dancers I work with report a 70% reduction in stage fright after 1 session (results vary depending on the individual).
2
Do I lose control during the session?
No. QHHT hypnosis is a guided altered state of consciousness, somewhere between dreaming and being awake. You always choose what you wish to share or explore.
3
How many acupuncture sessions are needed for tendonitis?
On average, 3 to 5 sessions spaced a week apart, depending on the chronicity. Raphaël combines acupuncture, Tuina massage, and TCM Dietetics for optimal results.
4
Is acupuncture painful?
The needles used are 10 times thinner than a syringe needle. The sensation is often described as a tingling or slight pressure felt at the moment of insertion.
5
Is Feng Shui for dancers just decorative?
No. It is a scientific energy optimization:
● Correction of energy flows (Chi) in your studio/work space.
● Reduction of areas of "stagnation" linked to recurring injuries.
6
How do I apply the Feng Shui kit at home?
Our consultant, Céline Cai, will come to your home to install the kit and give you suggestions for placing the cards according to your needs and her energy analysis of the space.

How do reimbursements work?
Reimbursement by the French National Health Insurance ("Assurance Maladie") depends mainly on two elements:
-
Whether the practice is officially recognized as a medical act.
-
Whether the practitioner is a certified healthcare professional (doctor, nurse, etc.).
For the practices used by our therapists Céline Cai and Raphaël Epaillard, your health insurance mutual ("mutuelle") will be your main recourse for any potential reimbursement.
Breakdown by practice:
-
Hypnosis: The French Social Security only reimburses it in very specific cases, for example when used for pain management during care and when practiced by a healthcare professional (doctor, nurse, midwife). However, mutual insurance companies very often offer reimbursement under a "alternative medicine" or "well-being" package, upon presentation of an invoice.
-
Acupuncture: This is the most integrated practice. Social Security reimburses it at 70%, but on one essential condition: it must be performed by a doctor-acupuncturist holding a recognized diploma. If you consult a non-doctor acupuncturist, the session will not be covered by Social Security, but some mutual insurance companies may contribute.
-
Tuina (Chinese massage): Considered a well-being massage and not a medical act, Tuina is not reimbursed by Social Security. Exceptionally, some high-end mutual insurance companies may include it in a package, but this is quite rare. It is essential to check your contract.
-
Chinese Dietetics: This approach, although rich, is not recognized like classical dietetics. No reimbursement is provided by Social Security, and it is very exceptional for a mutual insurance company to cover it.
-
Feng Shui Consultation: This is an interior advisory service. As it has no direct link to health in the conventional sense, it is never reimbursed, neither by Social Security nor by mutual insurance companies.
Our advice: Check your mutual insurance contract!
Before booking an appointment, we strongly advise you to:
-
Consult the general terms and conditions of your complementary health insurance.
-
Look for mentions of "alternative medicine", "complementary therapies", or "well-being package".
-
Contact your advisor directly to ask which practices are covered and what the annual package amount is.
